Insurance
I am not a contracted provider for any insurance companies.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Payment
Zelle transfer is my preferred method of payment at the time of service. I will provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company or third party of your choice for reimbursement to you.
Cancellation Policy
I request a 48- hour business day notice of cancellation . You will be charged the full fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.
